テイ・トウワさんのインスタグラム写真 - (テイ・トウワInstagram)「👆 check out da highlights🔗 7/26(水) TOWA TEI 「EAR CANDY」7inch アナログ・クリアヴァイナル発売💨 耳飴ってあるんだろうか、と考えながら「EAR CANDY」という曲名を思い付きました。2022年は、人生最多作曲しました。前作よりもインスト曲が増えています。この曲は制作の最後に思いついたもので、アルバムの中でも最も明るく、沢山の人が手伝ってくれました。女性二人以上に歌ってほしかった、なんとなくシンプルな歌詞で。一人目は、2000年に「火星」で一緒した原田郁子さん。そしてもう一人は、友人の娘の中学生キシャン。親子で最近「LITTLE BIG TREE」というユニットを組んだそうです。また、珍しく（ソロではセカンドアルバム以来）ラップも入れたいと思いました。そこで、年末に高木完ちゃんと会った時に一緒に歌詞を仕上げてくれないかと頼んだところ、快く引き受けてくれました。都内の一室で、ワインを飲みながら雑談をしながら非常に楽しかったです。また、B面には初めてのフルインストアルバムから一曲。ビニールの贅沢使いです。 20230525　 TOWA TEI ＜EAR CANDY＞【Amazon.co.jp限定】EAR CANDY（メガジャケ付） [Analog] https://amzn.to/3PbD1SJ I came up with the song title "EAR CANDY" while wondering if there is such a thing as ear candy. 2022 is the most I have composed in my life. There are more instrumental songs than on the previous album. This song came to me at the end of the production, it was the brightest song on the album, and a lot of people helped me with it. I wanted more than two women to sing it, with somewhat simple lyrics. The first was Ikuko Harada, who I worked with on "Mars" in 2000. And the second was my friend's daughter, Kishan, a junior high school student. Parent and child have recently formed a unit called "LITTLE BIG TREE. Also, unusually (since my second solo album), I wanted to include rap music. So when I met with Kan Takagi at the end of the year, I asked him if he would finish the lyrics with me, and he readily agreed. We had a lot of fun chatting over a glass of wine in a room in Tokyo.
