Monday morning —here we go 🌞 If I’m home, I love to start my week going through my goals for the day. I then play some meditative music, throw on some @alo, and get to my mat to move and breathe. I find that when I do this before reaching for my phone it makes a huge difference. What are some of your healthy habits to start the week right?
