Today I am very proud of myself and my body, as I should be every day, right? however… that’s not always the case. I either feel like thatttt b*tch & no one can tell me nothing (confidence over the roof) orrrr so completely defeated & I cry. And I’ve realized my new thing when I’m defeated and sad is over eating… which again is so different from how I used to be. Everything has changed since having my 2 angel babies back to back. The way I think the way I live eat breathe sleep literally all of it. & I wouldn’t change it for the world. I have far more confident days than not, thank you God. But this mama stuff ain’t for the weak! In all situations, we all struggle, it’s not always rainbows and sunshine. I look back at old photos from 4 years ago and even then i thought I wasn’t good enough. Goes to show you, it’s a mindset thing. LOVE YOURSELF NOW!!!!! All bodies are f*cking beautiful and unique and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise! I’m kicking it into gear this month, I am gonna try my hardest to stick to a consistent routine and be my happiest and healthiest… fitness is a JOURNEY. I’ve been doing this for 9 years.
