🇵🇭🇯🇵 Tuna Sisig

Collab w/ @バヤシ

This is a non-traditional Sisig w/ a slight twist using ingredients we had in Japan! It came out really yummy especially since the seafood in Japan is extra fresh 😋 the tuna was not hard at all and very tender when cooked!

Ingredients:
- Tuna sashimi portion
- Flour, egg, panko
- 1 large onion, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 4 chili peppers, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 pcs chicken liver, seared and chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste

Toppings & Garnish:
- Japanese mayo
- Spring onions, chopped
- Egg yolk
