I lost a total of 6.4 kg since I started my diet! That’s a lot! Basically I tried to walk more, ate less at night, stopped snacking and reduced my intake of fruits by half. It took me a long while to reach my goal of 5kg. But now I have lost more than I want to. So I have to adjust my routine to stop losing too much weight.
