Whether it be evolving beauty standards, ever improving editing and photoshopping apps or the ludicrous amount of so called perfection we consume on a daily basis via social media 🤦🏻‍♀️🥹 It feels like society doesn't want us to just be confident and content in our own skin.. But we want to put a stop to that! We want to allow women a safe space to come and grow and heal and learn to love themselves through wellness, nature and understanding the body & mind. This July myself, @ercan_ram, @iain_reitze_lifestyle and @annamathur are joining forces again for another Women's Wellness Week in our favourite venue @croftview! It will run from Monday the 17th to Friday the 21st of july & will include: 💗 loads of focus on Self Confidence to aim to inspire you to be the boldest and best version of yourself 🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness focus 💁🏻‍♀️ Physical & Mental Well Being in the form of fabulous food prepared by our amazing private chef as well as training sessions with the fabulous @iain_reitze_lifestyle and my @ercan_ram! 🌲gorgeous walks in nature 🧘🏽‍♀️ Optional activities & workouts (everything is optional!
