It’s relatively easy to say for most that I’m grateful for my friends and family, food and shelter. But the deeper you go the more you might notice gratitude for a smile from a stranger, a soft wind blowing on your skin, the kiss from your puppy, that perfect golden light streaming through your window at 7:30pm, the ache that left your body or that bliss after you’ve challenged yourself to an ice-bath.
