We assessed my tummy muscles for any separation, the strength of my pelvic floor and tried some exercises so I know what I’m ready to return to. The great news is I’m recovering well, I have no ongoing abdominal separation and my pelvic floor is the best it has been after birth this time, which shows our pelvic floor doesn’t just have to get weaker with each birth!
