今週は上野カスタマーセンター(CC)の紹介です。
上野CCがある伊賀市は、おくのほそ道で知られる松尾芭蕉の故郷になります。芭蕉翁生家や、俳聖殿といった芭蕉に関わるスポットには今も多くの観光客が訪れます。

上野CCは、運行管理されるお客様への提案を行うフロントマン、新型車にも精通した経験豊富なメカニック、お客様のニーズに対し迅速に対応するパーツスタッフ、アットホームな事務所スタッフ、従業員全員がお客様のご来店を心よりお待ちしております。

This week we introduce the Ueno Customer Center (CC) in Mie Prefecture. Iga City, where Ueno CC is located, is the hometown of Matsuo Basho, who is arguably the most famous poet of the Edo period and recognized as the greatest master of haiku.

At Ueno CC, everyone works as a team – from the front service desk to experienced mechanics working on the trucks. All go the extra mile to serve customers.
