Born in Kyiv, and now enrolled on the @ma_fc_csm, Skvarska's latest photo project is a sensitive love letter to her home country against a thorny political backdrop felt firsthand. ⁠ ⁠ In collaboration with designer @oscar.oy, whose final collection consists of complex military-inspired pieces in khaki and camouflage, Skvarska juxtaposes a studio shoot by @aniabrudna with documentary images from Ukraine, capturing the quiet craft of camouflage net weaving. ⁠ ⁠ "For someone who saw the war, as I did, [camouflage and khaki] will forever have a singular meaning," the young stylist and art director says of the clothing.
