1. 4 sets of hip thrust. 1st set with band only & the remaining 3 with weights & optional band.
10-12 reps
2. 4 sets of Sumo squats. Heavy weight
6-8 reps
3. 4 sets of dumbbell deadlifts. Heavy weight
6-8 reps
4. 4 sets of squat to shoulder press.
Lighter weight, 10-12 reps
5. 3 sets of x lunges, 10-12 reps
6. 3 sets of plate side kicks
10-12 reps
