Mental Health Awareness Month is here guys and I wanna share my personal story with you. Self care is important and can look like a girl with her dogs. I used to feel lonely even around people, because I felt like 90% of the people around me didn’t like what I like to do. When I decided to adopt Kora, my first dog, in 2018 my life changed forever. Spending time with my dogs helped me realize the importance of doing what I really like and taking care of myself while I take care of them. This is for me an unstoppable love ❤️ #mham @TALLY WEiJL
