I’ve been a fan of Sakura products since high school and it means so much to me to be able to share my love of their products with you. I work in the legal field by day and sharing my love for books and annotating has become a creative outlet, passion, and fun way for me to unwind from a busy work day. One of the ways I share my love of books is through annotations. I know a lot of us are probably used to not marking up or writing in books, but when I first learned the process of annotating in high school, I was blown away! I find annotating is a great way to process what you’ve read and is always fun to look back on during re-reads. Whether it’s underlining a passage of a book or writing my thoughts and emotions, annotating is like a journal for me. Of course, I only do this for books that I personally own and to me annotating is a way to personalize a book for myself. :) The Sakura Gelly Roll pens and Micron pens are my favorite to annotate with and I can’t wait to share more of my thoughts on these amazing products in my future posts!
