I love taking my camera out early on weekends, to experience the city when it is still a little sleepy and quiet (well, quiet by New York standards). If you find yourself looking for a breakfast spot on the LES, add Corner Bar to your list. Part of the Nine Orchard Hotel, it has a yummy menu, gorgeous space, and be sure to check out the hotel's lobby bar before you leave – it is one of the most beautiful rooms in NYC. 1. The grand entrance to Nine Orchard Street hotel (fun fact, I put hair elastics around my legs and cinched my trousers in at the angle so they wouldn't drag on the ground and get dirty/wet. Highly recommend! 🌧️👖) 2. The spring blooms and gorgeous swan benches at the hotel entrance. 3. The entrance to Corner Bar (I cannot overstate how much I truly love striped awnings) 4. Corner Bar cuteness. 5. Coffee, coffee, coffee. 6. Come for breakfast, stay for the lunch specials. 7. The breakfast nook going into the lobby bar. 8. Petunia and Penelope.
