What do you do when you don’t understand something the Bible says?

It’s so tempting to get offended, to complain, to walk away. In John 6:53-58 it sounds like Jesus is talking about cannibalism, and because of this many of His disciples left. But instead of trying to correct their false assumptions, Jesus simply points to the error of living via their flesh - their human way of thinking - instead of the Spirit - God’s way of thinking.

When things are difficult to understand or accept, it’s so easy to look at them from a human perspective, but in the end it is God’s way alone that leads to life!
