Here’s my hangboard warm up // finger maintenance routine I do before I start climbing. I have been healing my grade 3 tear in my A2 pulley this last month but with this pulley ring I can still do hangs like this. These @roap.c calls “density hangs” and I like to work up to about 15-30 seconds per grip position. Let me know if this is helpful?!
