Training with @tammyfitapp Working on becoming the strongest version of myself 💪🏼 Mentally, I feel maybe the strongest I have ever felt & physically I will get there. I’m at the point in my life where I feel like nothing could shake me & that gives me such a feeling of PEACE 🤍 it’s been a long road to get to this and of course I still have down days or moments where it can all get a bit overwhelming. From non-stop work to running around after 3 kids and everything in between. But training, practicing gratitude daily, prayer, allowing time for reflection and cup-fillers, and even the painful moments - it’s all led me here. To feeling probably the best I have felt in years. It feels like it’s been such a long road and somehow still the beginning 🥰
