Just received our first Fraises des Bois of the season, so this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop will be this gorgeous Fraises des Bois Pavlova. 🍓 These rare wild woodland strawberries are overnighted to us from Malaga, Spain, candy-sweet with an intense and fragrant strawberry flavor, almost like little bursts of tart strawberry candy. They’re set atop a pillowy vanilla meringue with silky mascarpone cream and homemade strawberry jam. We’ll have a very limited batch just for this FRIDAY-SUNDAY only; preorder now at DominiqueAnselWorkshop.com for pick-ups Fri 4/14-Sun 4/16 in Flatiron, while supplies last.
