It was the first class day for the program "Designing a Concept Shop for "THE" for Katayama Seminar’s new senior students at Musashino Art University.
Special lecturer Rie Kimoto (Harken) joined to review each student's initial concept presentation.
It was a very interesting session to see how the students would perceive and personalize a brand that transmits a concept that produces the future standard. The ideas are still too serious and heavy and the lack of sharpness is still noticeable, but I hope they will take the plunge and come up with unique and good solutions from this point on.
