Kinpō Gorge
(Kawakami Village)

Kinpō Gorge stretches across the base of Mt. Kinpō, one of Japan’s Hyakumeizan (top 100 mountains).

You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the gorge’s emerald green waters flowing past cliffs of white granite.

Just nearby are a campground and mountain lodge, so you can go camping or mountain climbing and enjoy nature to your heart’s content.
