Spring break 2023 done and I think it’s safe to say it has been the most memorable one yet. Between Disneyland and skiing & tubing in Mammoth it was nonnnnnstopppp. I’m tired but now they are off to their dads ✌🏻 (benefits of being a co parent… a more balanced life 😜)

post separation and becoming a co-parent has made me much more of an intentional and present parent. I shared on my stories earlier this week that I made a conscious decision that we leave iPads at home when we go on family trips (not because I’m against iPads or restricted/limited screen time for the little ones) because now that im a co parent my time is divided in half with the girls so there’s less time to have quality time together. My time with the girls is very sacred and something I value very much now. Yes it’s more work as I have to engage, play, and entertain the whole time, but we are creating so many memories together.

I’m done spring breaking and Now they are off to their dads for spring break round 2 ✌🏻

and yay colette is officially skiing! It’s the cutest freaking thing. I can’t stop laughing and giggling when I see her come down the slope!
