I have personally lived with PTSD and TRAUMA for my entire adult life and only recently after almost 2 decades of inner work have I felt the healing and now have experienced what’s it’s like to live LIFE without those reactions and having the space, the pause necessary to avoid a thought frontal lobe hijacking me. Hands down It’s the hardest work i’ve ever encountered at the same time nothing comes close to the reward I have now in my life having peace, happiness and joy. There is nothing like dropping the rock and realizing I never have to pick it up again!
