First attempt at growing microgreens 🌱

Knowledge gained:
• we tried again without soil, and they grew much better
• spacing out the seeding phase means not having to harvest all at once — it was hard to eat them all when they were ready at the same time.
• watching things grow from seed to harvest is oddly satisfying
• growing microgreens vs. buying them is much more cost-efficient

If you want to deepen your green thumb, these are a great way to start because they’re easy and they’re quick. If you mess up, you can get them going again in a matter of days, and you can harvest them for salads, smoothies, sandwiches etc. in less than two weeks.
