I went to "190 years after his death Mokubei".
Mokubei Aoki is one of the three masters of Kyo-yaki at the end of the Edo period.
When I entered the exhibition room, I was greeted by a work called "Sometsuke Ryuto Monsageju", which was also advertised on the poster. By the way, this is a jubako like a picnic set. Originally, it is made of light materials such as bamboo. However, he made it as a pottery with a Chinese style design. He studied Chinese and Korean ceramics himself and created various other ceramics.
Actually, I want to carry that jubako, but I wonder how heavy it is.
Also, his favorite poems and words are written on the furo (tea utensils to boil bath water). It was also interesting to see the work that showed Mokubei's tastes.
The second one is a banner that greatly reproduces the design of the furo.

「没後190年 木米」へ行って参りました。
京焼の幕末三名人の1人である青木木米。
展示室へ入ると、ポスターでも宣伝されている「染付龍濤文提重(そめつけりゅうとうもんさげじゅう)」と言う作品がお出迎えしてくれました。因みこれは、簡単に表すとピクニックセットの様な重箱。本来であれば、軽い素材で作ります。ですが、木米は、中国風のデザインで焼き物として作りました。彼は、中国や朝鮮の陶磁器を自ら研究して、他にも様々な陶器を作り上げました。
実際に、その重箱を持ってみたいけど、どのくらい重いのかなぁ。
また、風爐(ふろ...湯を沸かすための茶道具)には彼の好きな詩や言葉が書かれていたり。木米の好みが派生している作品も面白かったです。
2枚目は、風炉のデザインを大きく再現した垂れ幕。
