当日は、獺祭を醸す旭酒造の四代目蔵元である桜井一宏氏をお招きし、酒造りへの情熱をお話しいただく予定です。

Spring has officially arrived and the weather is warming up!
Join us on Friday, April 21st for a special dinner event at our restaurant "KawaUme (川梅)", where you can savor spring kaiseki cuisine paired with "Dassai(獺祭)", a beloved Japanese sake enjoyed around the world. 🍶

The event will also feature Kazuhiro Sakurai, the fourth-generation brewer of Asahi Shuzo, the company that brews Dassai, and he will be sharing his passion for sake brewing with us.
