I am getting so many questions about my diet and workouts lately. It hasn’t changed much for last 2 years and I stick to:
- intermittent fasting 12pm - 8pm with small breaks during my travels
- yoga daily
- gym in Poland/hikes when I travel to warmer places
- got back to focust25 (intense 25min workout that boosts your metabolism for a whole day)
- morning gratitude practice
- starting my day with one glass of water with lemon + extra dose of pure vitamin C (my immune system gets weaker when I travel a lot so I feel like it helps)
- I added supplements with resveratrol, omega3 and vitamin d3

I am curious… What’s your healthy routine, and if you even have one? :)
