I realize it will take me much longer to get back to pre baby body than I thought... and that's OK! I feel there's so much pressure on mothers (generally from other mother and on top of everything else) on "Bouncing" back. I actually really dislike this word... how do you "bounce" back after your body went through non stop changes for 9 months, growing, feeding another being (or even longer if Breastfeeding -another 13 months here but who's counting 😅) Point is... instead of looking at "bouncing" back and fitting in pre baby jeans as an accomplishment, let's all be easy on ourselves and celebrate our body for what it's capable of... because it's pretty incredible !
