ジュリアン・ヤオ・ジョイエロさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ジュリアン・ヤオ・ジョイエロInstagram)「“baby, get your ticket” is now streaming today 🥹 it’s one of my most simple songs i’ve ever written, but also one of my favorites. i recorded it in my bedroom while my partner was away during the holidays. we both were experiencing a ton of anxiety from a multitude of heavy circumstances, right when we really needed each other most. so i’d always joke on our facetimes, “baby, get your tickeeeettt”, quickly becoming one of my ways of letting her know i missed her. i think this recording captures that loving, yearning feeling of wanting to hold each other from afar, colored with the different ways we still are able to do so, if not physically. i also made a visualizer with a bunch of videos i took on my camcorder.
