Foods that got me through my first trimester! For some reason if I just had a pickle and potato chips I would feel so much better. 😂 Chia pudding in the yogurt (helps keep you regular for those asking 😉) haha
Overall this first trimester I was nauseous and had food aversions, BUT it wasn’t as bad as my first 2 girls - at least of what I can remember!
