What comes up to your mind when you think of Ibaraki? 🤔 When I introduce myself that I'm from Ibaraki Prefecture, I think many people will say, “Ibaraki is famous for Natto!” Of course Natto is also famous, but Ibaraki Prefecture is known for its great nature which has mountains and seas. And is the largest producer of many kinds of vegetables such as Chinese cabbage and green peppers in Japan. It is also famous for fruits such as melon, pear, and strawberries. Five years ago, I was appointed as an ambassador of Ibaraki, and I’ve been trying to promote the charm of Ibaraki to the world!
