【ご報告】昨夏、水害に見舞われた鰺ヶ沢町を @clubt_official さんのわさお公式グッズの利益で応援する活動を展開しておりましたが、本日、販売を通してお預かりしていた皆様のお気持ちを無事に鰺ヶ沢町役場に届けてまいりました。販売点数は174点、寄付額は6万円となりました。ありがとうございました。

災害発生からおよそ半年を経て、初動の後片付けや応急の修繕などはおおよそ終えられている反面、被害を受けた家屋や被災者の生活そのものの再建が今もまだ進行中であり、かつ、今後の防災対策も併せて進めて行く、そんな一つの節目は越えたけども、まだまだ途上といった印象を受けました。

奇しくも明日は、飼い主母さん・菊谷節子さんのお誕生日でした。飼い主母さんが存命だったら、「わさおがお世話になった鰺ヶ沢に恩返しだ」とか言ってただろうな…という思いが発端だった本活動ですが、一旦ここで一区切りとさせていただきます。重ね重ねありがとうございました。

We have been supporting Ajigasawa town which suffered from flood damage last summer with the profit of @clubt_official's Wasao official goods, and today, we delivered them to Ajigasawa town hall. We sold 174 items and donated 60,000 yen. Thank you very much.

Six months have passed since the disaster struck, and while the initial cleanup and emergency repairs have been largely completed, the reconstruction of damaged houses and the lives of disaster victims is still in progress, along with future disaster prevention measures.

Tomorrow is the birthday of Setsuko Kikuya, Wasao's owner. If she had lived, I wonder what she would have done. This activity started with this thought in mind, but will end here once and for all. Thank you again for your support.
