If you’ve never used an acupressure mat before, here are some tips to get started:
🕊 The spikes can feel a bit intense when starting off, so try keeping a layer between you and the spikes (such as your clothes or a pair of socks). As you get used to the sensation, you can try out on bare skin.
🕊 Breathe slowly. This signals your nervous system to relaaaaax.
🕊 Start by using the mat for a super short period of time (maybe 30-60 seconds) and work your way up to a couple of minutes, depending on what your body needs that day.
