I’ve worked extremely hard to create offerings to the community, particularly for women and gender queer folks, that hold safe space for people to come learn just as they are. I teach so that these humans learn to develop more autonomy over their own decisions within sport, safety and confidence. I teach in a way that produces results over time so as to protect their energy versus take from it. I absolutely love my work. I have two group events that I’d love for you to join me in: 1. Femme Foundations level 1 @g1climbing. This program focuses on teaching foundational technique (footwork and hip integration) in a group environment that encourages autonomy and courage. It’s a great space to meet others and create more community. Two spots remain for Feb 8 start date. Program is 4 weeks. You do NOT need to be a member of G1. 2. “Camp” and Climb with me and @shesendscollective in Shelf Road, Colorado. We have an airbnb - so no need to worry about cold camping! This event addresses mindset and fear management skills, how to mitigate risks while climbing outdoors, and learning personal risk assessments to help you navigate what YOU want to do or not do. Thaw dates for this event are to arrive Friday, February 24 in the evening and depart mid day, Sunday Feb 26. Both registration links can be found in my bio.
