One day I hope to live in a world where somebody’s weight doesn’t define them. People gain and lose weight for many different reasons throughout their life. Ever since becoming a mom I have learned to love my body in so many ways. Does that mean I never feel insecure? No. Do I value the function of what my body does for me every single day? Yes. I am so proud of where I am mentally when it comes to how I view my body. Am I healthy? Yes. So why does it matter what I look like? Also, no matter what health issues you’re going through, it shouldn’t be anybody else’s business. Little, big, tall, small, we’re all humans and we’re all here for a fraction of time.
