At Arc’teryx, we are determined to fight climate change. In 2020, we were among the first outdoor apparel brands — and one of the first Canadian companies — to set measurable science-based targets to reduce our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. We’re proud to share how these targets sparked new, ambitious ideas for 2021.

To achieve our targets, we are:

- Continuing to design for durability and longevity.

- Now sourcing 100% renewable energy for our owned operations, including all retail locations globally.

- Taking steps with our supply chain partners towards the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.

- Growing our Used Gear trade-in and resale program, as well as launching an industry-first ReBird™ Service Center designed to help keep gear in play longer.

- Working to integrate lower-impact materials.

There is still a mountain of work to do, but the momentum we’re experiencing is real and exciting.
