今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った #ツツジ です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
#撮影 用に製作しました。

Nerikiri is a Japanese unbaked cake based on white bean jam mixing and kneading rice cake, sugar, starch syrup.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
