🚧 Construction update 🚧

Since y’all always ask to show updates on the construction process, I thought id just bring you along the journey for the next few months.

Over the years I’ve come to really love real estate and construction. I’ve worked on few houses now but this is our first project from ground up. Finding the land. Having input on the architecture designs ( @brandonarchitects ) & picking all the little details for inside ( @brookewagnerdesign ). It’s beautiful to watch something get built and to see the different stages. It’s kinda like watching a dream come true.

In fact my favorite activity growing up was going by every open house with my mom & writing down what we loved & hated (we still do this), and my dad would take me to all of his houses he build back when he had his bricklaying company to show me what good building vs bad was.

Anyways. More Updates to come. We’re starting some brick laying today so lots of things ahead !
