It’s the kind of exchange that’s rooted in love that can cultivate the confidence you’ve lost or help you discover why you love to live again. Between the ocean providing a perfect progression of beginner to intermediate waves, the families watching learning and playing in the water (and most importantly getting to take a deep breath themselves and relax), the watermen and women being so epically supportive and fun and all the athletes finding the courage and strength they didn’t know they had..catching party waves and having family dinners, it was just pure magic ✨ The ocean heals the body but even more so the soul.
