‼️You won’t always feel ready.

😲Years ago I would rely on quotes, watch YouTube videos, listen to motivational music, etc., but at some point I couldn’t rely on that to get myself to the gym anymore. It wasn’t helping me.

🙄It would work well for a few weeks, then I would out on a YouTube video and still feel no motivation to get up and workout. I was so frustrated because I needed someone or something to rely on to get me up and moving.

🤔The thing is with anything “motivational” you are looking for, it doesn’t last. What is going to last is you having the self discipline for yourself to get in the work no matter what.

🥶Watching videos and listening to music that pumps you up is wonderful if that works for you, but there may be some days where all of that information you listen to goes in one ear and out the other because you aren’t feeling your best to workout.

😲The person you are relying on to pump you up isn’t always going to be there for you 100% so that’s when it comes down to having yourself that you can for sure rely on.

🤫You need to have a plan of attack always and on the days where no podcast, music, book, person etc. can get you to go to the gym, that is when you need to rely on your mind to keep you accountable to do it anyways.

😜It isn’t supposed to be easy. You are not alone when you have days you are struggling immensely. I promise you. I struggle often, but I get through it step by step. Those steps don’t have to be drastic, but you do need to take a baby step if you want to reach your goals. Your mind is extremely powerful. If you believe you can, you can. I believe in you.
