🙌Sprint drills are an over-exaggeration of running, it mimics the same overall movements we should be doing while we run, and emphasizes them so we can have them translate over.

🙌 drills help you warm in the same areas that you will use during running and sprinting.

🙌 they strengthen hip flexors and core stability, especially when doing them for longer durations and on hills.
