国木田彩良さんのインスタグラム写真 - (国木田彩良Instagram)「I had the great honor to speak on the stage of @tedxogikubo and I remember that when times would get hard I would listen to Ted talks. When I stepped on this stage I was divided between pride and fear, the pride of being one of this speaker standing on this iconic stage that would give courage and confidence to others and the fear of being judge, the fear of speaking about some of the most painful episodes of my life, the fear of damaging the perfect social avatar version of myself. But when I stepped on stage as I seen the audiance looking my way I realized that it was not about me, it was about lifting taboos that hurts us, it was about sharing emotions, it was about being human. I decided to raise my voice against the advice of some of my loved ones, and put words on topics that we keep secret, confusion of identity, rape, violence, femininity, battles and resilience. This talk was about a happy ending paved with insecurities, pain and shame. Because if we fight the right battles we might win. For a few minutes we shared a space and time, but mostly a life experience. I have give up the mission to be perfect, my mission today is to be real. To the world, to my community and to myself. And that’s why I decided to call my talk « Who am I? », even if today you are not sure if you know the answer to that question, remember that no matter the circumstances you are worth it.」10月20日 19時40分
