There are so many people who, due to their life stage, environment changes and situational shifts, abandon their dreams or discontinue the passion they had been pursuing. The profession I am in now is also much affected by the current environmental changes, and cheerleading, which my sister long pursued with passion, is no exception. In spite, this team is formed on a concept of passion sustainability regardless of situational and life stage changes, something still remains challenging, especially for women in Japan. What a wonderful concept.We often hear the word “sustainability” these days. I sincerely hope the word applies also to the dreams and the ways of life the people choose.Moreover, more than anything, I strongly felt the members’ commitment in encouraging and supporting the athletes and para-athletes. This dance clip reflects the cheer-dancers’ career of continuously having empowered those who stood firm on their passion, this time the athletes and para-athletes. It moved me as such that I felt I have to share it with you. . Perhaps, to share this clip in my official account may not be most appropriate, for my sister, appears in it and may be taken as “too private / personal” .
