料理家であり、渋谷区で予約制レストランHITOTEMAを主宰する谷尻直子さんの２冊目の本、
「HITOTEMAのひとてま　第二幕」が出版されました＼(^o^)／
僕もお店にお邪魔させてもらったことがあるのですが、本当に美味しくて優しいお料理ばかり。建築家・谷尻誠さんの手がけた空間も素敵です。
僕も本にコメントを寄せています。ヴィジュアルも美しいので、目にも美味しいです！

Ms. Naoko Tanijiri, chef and owner of the reservation-only restaurant HITOTEMA in Shibuya Ward, has just published her second book.
I have also had the pleasure of visiting her restaurant, and the food is really delicious and gentle. The space created by architect Makoto Tanijiri is also wonderful.
I also made a comment on the book. The visuals are beautiful, so it's a feast for the eyes!
