My new home for the next week, hotel bubble life! After travel I like to try and mobilise my body. Sitting for long periods of time your back and hips can tighten up. It’s good to get up and get moving.

As a swimmer I know I always need to release my spine and hips post travel along with mobilising my upper back! Do you have a post travel routine?
