1. I FORGET TO BREATH 💨 I get so focused on keeping the balance I stop breathing; by the time I get out of the pose, I am out of breath 😪
2. Obviously, the balance. It’s important to keep the core engaged the whole pincha pose time 💪🏼
3. The FEAR of landing on my face 😅
