円相に迷い込んで / Step into the Light Circle

空間に円相が生まれ、身体ごとその円相の中に入り込む。

空間には、円が描かれたり、群蝶が飛んだりする。蝶に触ると、蝶は死んで落ちていく。その円や群蝶の中に入り込むと、中には全く別の世界が広がる。

禅における書画のひとつ、円形を一筆で描く、円相。

A circle is born in the space, and people step into the circle.

Butterflies fly in the circles drawn in the space. When you touch the butterflies, they die and fall away. If you enter the circle or the flutter of butterflies, you will find a completely different world inside.

A calligraphic work in Zen, enso (a circle drawn with a single stroke) has since ancient times been written with canes or sticks in midair. It is said to represent enlightenment, truth, the entirety of the universe, and equality. The circle also reflects the hearts and minds of those who view it, with its interpretation left to the individual.
