🧘🏻♀️ Been doing my own variation of yoga as supplement to my regular workouts to help balance my body. Since battling with my lower back, I found basic sun salutations combined with planks and tree pose have helped my hamstring flexibility, single leg stability and core strength. Also good for sciatic relief. 20-25 mins a day. Simple but great workout!
