一流のホスピタリティを格付けするトラベルガイド「フォーブス・トラベルガイド」の2021年度アワードで、マスターバーテンダー・杉本 壽（すぎもと ひさし）が、ホテル従業員を表彰する「ホテルエンプロイー・オブ・ザ・イヤー」を受賞いたしました。
日本のホテルとしても、日本国籍のホテルスタッフとしても、同アワードの受賞は初となります。

日頃よりバーをご愛顧くださっている皆様に感謝を込めて、現在お休み中の杉本が２月18日(木)から曜日・時間限定で、杉本の原点となるバー＆カフェ〈カメリア〉でシェーカーを振ります！

We are proud to announce that our legendary bartender Mr. Hisashi Sugimoto has been awarded the prestigious honor of the “2021 Hotel Employee of the Year” in the Forbes Travel Guide. It is the only one awarded in the world. We sincerely thank all of our valued guests for your kind support!
Our signature cocktail created by Mr. Sugimoto is “Tokyo Station”.
It features a beautiful “Red Brick” orange color; while inviting herb flavors provide a unique and unforgettable taste. The provides the Tanqueray “T”, and Suzu liqueur the “S” to represent Tokyo Station.

★Our Recipe for the “Tokyo Station” 
30ml Tanqueray Gin
20ml Suze Herb Liqueur
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
1tsp Sugar Syrup
1/8 Cut Lime
