○毎週木曜日の13:10〜14:20です🌈

スローな曲に合わせて、セクシーな振り付けで、踊っていきます✨

フロアーでの動きがメインになるので、難しいポールのスピンやトリックが必要なく、基本のスピンが出来れば、参加可能です💋

ポールダンスの色々な魅せ方を学びたい方や、バリエーションを楽しみたい方はぜひー🥰

ゆっくりの動きなので、振り付けについていけない心配なく踊れます👠

If you can do the basic spin, you can join us .

I will teach you a choreography with slow movements.
