Good old classics like these are things which I will never get bored of making. Haven’t done them for years and glad to revisit the original recipe by Sadaharu Aoki ❤️ Only changes were the base (plain to chocolat pate sable) and the chocolate (milk to dark) which intensifies the bitterness of this treat to complement the caramel which has just the right degree of saltiness 👊🏼
